Please accept this as official 2x week notification for the clubs AGM to be held at the Oldmeldrum British Legion on Tuesday 2nd December, 2014 @ 7:30pm.

Please read up on the club constitution ahead of time to see what the AGM will cover. Should you wish anything to be brought up, ideas for next year, put yourself forward for consideration as a member of next years committee or wish to vote for next years committee members by proxy then please drop us an email and we’ll get this added to the agenda / address as required.

Mike (Chairman), Andy (Secretary) and Ross (Treasurer) will discuss the upcoming AGM and put together an agenda for the evening.

We hope to see you all there – in the meantime club nights will continue as usual with next Tuesday (18th) having a couple of games already lined up (Flames of War & Legends of the Feudal Times – details to follow).
